Teacher expertise and credentials
Hello Friends! My name is Teacher Molly and I love all things theatre, music, art, and story! ...Basically, anything CREATIVE!
My experience and education in theater, international non-profit volunteer work, and the public school system has given me the opportunity to share my passion of theatre, music, communication, and story telling with youth ages infant to teen! I can't wait to share those passions in class!
I have my Bachelors Degree in Communication and Theater. As well as over 30 community, regional, and profession theatre credits to my resume- accumulated over the span of 13 years of performances. I have experience onstage and behind the scenes, having directed, choreographed, cast, and music directed various community and high school productions.
Additionally, I have played guitar and ukulele for over 16 years.
I LOVE travel and have years of international non-profit volunteer work experience teaching English, Music, Life Skills, and Story Telling to youth in Central/South America, South East Asia, Eastern Europe, and Southern Africa. (I've been to over 30 countries!)
Stateside, I have experience teaching in the public school system. These experiences have given me the opportunity to develop and teach vital communication skills- both for academic purpose and for life skills- to youth all over the world.
I am so excited to use my experiences and skills to connect with and encourage students in the classroom! My goal is for students to see personal growth while having HUGE amounts of fun!
See you in the classroom! :)
