A fun 20 minute fitness class designed to not only help your kiddo get their energy out, but also use their imaginations, and have fun! They will pretend to climb ladders, climb mountains, jump rope, downhill ski and blast off in rockets. This class will be easy to follow and effective. They will be given one move at a time and a timer to know when to start and to stop that move. There will be brief pauses for them to catch their breathe and also share a thought or ask a question. no...

A fun 20 minute class designed to help your kiddo get their energy out, use their imagination, and have fun!
No supplies or materials needed. Just make sure you have space in the room you are in without any obstacles or trip hazards.
20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Make sure to wear proper footwear, if something hurts, don't do it. Please be sure to have any trip hazards and obstacles out of the way so you have space to move around safely. If you are recovering from a previous injury, you should not take this class, wait until you are cleared for exercise from your doctor.
