We will take a fun and exciting adventurous voyage inside our bodies. Nano-Rocket Alpha and its pilots Bob and Sue will steer the ship through blood vessels, the heart, the bones, the gut, the lungs and the brain and more. I will tell stories of the Nano-Rocket Alpha and the adventures of the pilots on their dangerous and exciting journeys... Highly interactive, fun and the kids will still learn something valuable and interesting as well as experience (through the Pilot's eyes) consequences...
Students will learn in a fun and interesting way how interesting and complex their body is. This is meant to spark interest in a future deeper exploration of science and biology and to better understand the fascinating workings of our body and mind. Students will gain an understanding of the workings of their body as well as gain insight in consequences of unehalthy or dangerous behavour through the eyes of the Nano-Rocket Pilots.
As a physician and mom, step-mom, aunt and grandma I have told many stories.... I understand the subject matter very well and want to bring the idea of telling the journey of a Nano-Rocket and its pilot kids to explain the subject matter and have fun while learning.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
