Beginner Level
We will take a fun and exciting adventurous voyage inside our bodies. Nano-Rocket Alpha and its pilots Bob and Sue will steer the ship through blood vessels, the heart, the bones, the gut, the lungs and the brain and more. I will tell stories of the Nano-Rocket Alpha and the adventures of the pilots on their dangerous and exciting journeys... Highly interactive, fun and the students will still learn something valuable and interesting as well as experience (through the Pilot's eyes) consequences of unhealthy behaviors. The Adventures of the Nano-Rocket Alpha and its Pilots Bob and Sue Day 1: Who are Bob and Sue and how did they get into the body? Their Journey from mouth to the gut Day 2: Through the gut wall to the liver and on the way to the heart Day 3: Voyage through heart and lungs Day 4: Voyage to the Brain, Eyes, Ears and Nose Day 5: Voyage from Head to Toes, the bones and the kidneys and back out into the “regular” world… The students can interact, ask, add to the stories... I need a minimum of 3 students to hold the class. otherwise I need to cancel. Thanks for understanding.

Parental Guidance
The quizzes in class are played on Kahoot to increase engagement and learner fun. If new to you or your learner, please review with your learner the info-sheet in the classroom area after enrolling so they can participate right away.
We will discuss health, biology and medical topics, so there will be mentioning of body parts, illnesses and sexual organ parts, in an age-appropriate, but direct, descriptive and honest way.
This is education, not counseling. If your child has a medical, mental or neurodevelopmental illness, this class can inform them about anatomy, physiology and some pathology and may motivate them to accept and adopt healthy behaviors, but it does not provide individual counseling or therapy. Please always use and follow the advice of your child's healthcare provider!
