Do you want to learn more about Japanese culture? Are you interested in traveling to Japan? Take the time to learn more about the culture, traditions, and etiquette before you go. While researching content for this class, I make an effort to collaborate with friends of mine who are Japanese. I look for sources that are written by people from Japan and/or who are well-qualified to speak about the topic. I lived and worked in Japan for two years. My intention is to share what I have learned about Japan with students in a way that is respectful of Japanese culture and traditions.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
