This course will take place over 4 class periods. Throughout each class period, we will spend the first 10 minutes discussing our dogs and the coolest parts about them being part of our families. We will then dive into a dog-themed topic to focus our journaling on ! Week one will focus on the creative style of "brain dumping," or placing everything that is in our brain (about our dogs) on one page. This is a great technique to practice mindfulness! Students will gain self confidence and awareness through communication and design.
Yoga mat is recommended, not required!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will need an open workout space, footwear is not required (socks or bare feet is fine), and a water bottle (optional). Injuries can occur if stretches or exercises are not done correctly. Students are advised to listen closely to the teacher's instructions.
