Whether your goal is to be a writer, you want to improve your general writing skills, or you simply want to remember and look back upon your bursts of inspiration, journaling is a tool that will get you where you want to go! In these session, we will: * discuss the value of a journaling routine; * look at various ways to set up your journal; * consider what frequency of journaling is right for you; * fill in a Heart Map that will give you a collection of topics that are already inside of you just waiting to be shared; * complete some quick-writes that are prompted from your Heart Map and from my imagination; * and share your brand new journal entries! Remember, we are all expanding our knowledge together (including the teacher). I'm looking forward to learning with you! Mrs. Rae Marie (M.Ed.) (Writing, Poetry, Fantasy Fiction, ACE Educator)

I absolutely love to write and share the joy of writing, and I've taught writing for several years; including preparation for state writing exams. I understand that writing isn't everyone's cup of tea, so I am beyond happy to share some ways to bring your words to the surface. Oftentimes, it's just a matter of sorting out what's happening in your brain and getting it to come out in the right order. I'm here for you!
