Yoga has the ability to help students become more mindful when practiced. This course will benefit students to improve posture, protect the spine, and strengthens the lower back. For school-aged children, yoga improves both physical and mental health. The class will end with meditation, which helps to increase concentration. Yoga mat - Keeps body warm (but optional).
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Student must have water bottle, do not have heavy meal before yoga. If student don't give proper attention injury make occur.
