Jingle All the Way Holiday Dance Camp: The Polar Express!
In this 1 week Dance Camp, we will dance to holiday favorites and learn a fun dance to the song, "The Polar Express!" The week will end with a performance of the dance showing off all of the moves we learned.

All aboard! Join us as we go on a one-week magical adventure to the North Pole, dancing and singing along the way. In this Dance Camp we will learn fun dance steps and choreography to "The Polar Express," which will culminate to a performance at the end of the week! This will be the perfect holiday treat for your Learner, and they’ll have a fun dance to show off to family and friends this holiday season! CLASS STRUCTURE: We will always start each class with structured Share Time so students can meet their classmates and make friends! Then, class will be broken down into three sections: 1. We will begin with a follow along dance warm-up both standing up and sitting on the ground. 2. Next, we will learn beginner dance moves and technique, focusing on movement that will also be in our dance: step touch, 3 step turns, battement, and passé jump. 3. We will end each class with learning choreography to "The Polar Express" which will culminate to a full length performance by the end of the week! *Learners are encouraged to dress up in their PJ's or holiday outfit for the final performance! No prior knowledge of dance is expected, but if you have danced before, awesome! All movement will be broken down step by step so all students are set up for success and can have fun together. - - - - - - - - - - - - Since dance is a physical activity, it is recommended there be adult supervision throughout class as there is always a level of risk associated with any physical activity. Please have a space cleared of clutter (minimum 4X4 ft square) so your learner can move about freely and safely. *I lead my classes with kindness, structure, and encourage students to reach their full potential. Parental Guidance
Since Dance is a physical activity, it is recommended there be adult supervision throughout class as there is always a level of risk and injury that can occur with any physical activity. Please have a space cleared of debris and clutter (minimum 4X4 ft square) so your learner can move about freely and safely. Having a water bottle or water near is important in case your learner gets thirsty during class (we will take a short designated water break during class). Safety is my #1 priority as a teacher, so let's make sure your learner is in a safe environment so we can have fun dancing together!
Supply List
You should be in a space cleared from clutter and debris so it is safe to move about freely. Bring some water or a water bottle in case you get thirsty! Clothes that are comfortable to move in as well as dance shoes, socks or bare feet is fine.
