***NEW TO OUTSCHOOL?*** Send me a message and I'll send you my discount code! I've found that Jeopardy is a great way to interact, practice speaking and social skills and gain confidence in a variety different subjects! We are going to play interactive Jeopardy. There will be multiple categories: Addition and Subtraction, Place Value, Multiplication, Reading, Science, Social Studies. I will keep score and the winner will be announced at the end! This class is great for after school or homeschoolers! My Jeopardy classes are a little different than what you might've seen on TV. I remember playing Jeopardy in school and feeling so anxious when it was my turn, because it took me a little longer to think of the answer. This is why in my classroom, we make sure to take turns to give each learner the time to process the question and find the correct answer. However, student's are more than welcome to send me a private chat with the answer if they think they know it! A few examples of questions that will be asked are: What is 15-9? Round 332 to the nearest 100βs. What is 5x9? Which word is spelled incorrectly? What is the difference between a solid, liquid, or gas? What is an example of a basic need? Get ready to have fun and practice Second Grade knowledge!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hello everyone! My name is Delicia Guild! I'm originally from New Mexico but relocated to Colorado Springs in 2021.
I graduated with a psychology degree in 2015 from Eastern New Mexico University. I started my career in banking, and I quickly realized that I wanted to make an impact on more people. I began teaching online in 2018, teaching English to kids in China. I really enjoyed myself so much that I started teaching online full-time in 2019.
Throughout the years, I've come to realize how important personal development is. I started reading all kinds of books about marriage, time management, people skills, and finances so I could better myself and my family. I really fell in love with learning these skills, so I started teaching classes that build upon them.
My goal now is to impact kids (they're our future after all). Academics are absolutely important, and skills like communication, handling conflict, and building confidence are just as (if not more) important.
A few facts about me:
-I live with my awesome husband and two cats (Heisenberg and Honey) π«πββ¬π
-My favorite TV series is The Chosen π₯πβ¨
-My favorite color is yellow because it reminds me of sunshine βοΈ
-I'm a huge bookworm! π€ I love reading authors like John C. Maxwell, Joyce Meyer, and Simon Sinek.
-My absolute favorite classes to teach are my Leadership & Character Academy Classes!
