Class Experience
#creative Dance with me in this ongoing, Pre-Teen Jazz Dance Class! We will learn a new choreographed dance each week! We will begin each class with a short standing warm up, followed by floor exercise that will include various stretches, technique and skills. Your learn will learn beginner dance steps in a creative and positive learning environment. They will also learn choreography to a short dance each week which will teach them various patterns. Dancing to music also teaches the student how to develop rhythm and musicality. And most of all, learn to have fun and enjoy movement!
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury.
