Class Experience

An another fun experience and challenge for students out there who want to learn some more Japanese desserts!
In this cooking challenge, I would be teaching you how to cook Japanese Souffle Cheesecake, the duration of which would be 2 classes per week for 75 minutes each.
In the first class, I would be instructing you how to build your batter by cooking alongside you. Therefore, we all will be cooking together where I will be guiding you and leading you step by step. Not only will I be guiding, but I will be teaching you cooking techniques, substitution and alternate methods, all that shall help you build your skills further for future cooking courses.

In the second class, I shall be testing your skills and progress. A mini test?! Whooops! Nothing to worry about!
A mini practical test is where you shall be creating your own Souffle Cheesecake batter within 45 minutes while i watch and asses your work. I will be making sure that you have practiced/learnt the skills and the recipes that I instructed. I will be assessing what you learnt in the first class, making sure you learn from your mistakes and provide you with a final report on your strengths and weaknesses.
--------------------------------------------------------------
IMPORTANT- The souffle cheesecake takes almost two hours in the oven, since the class will be over by then, I recommend parents/adults to provide the images of the resulting cheesecake once it's done so i may evaluate the results and provide tips in case needed so as to help you more with the practice between classes.
I take two classes so as to perfect the student's skills, a perfect cheesecake may be achieved either in the first class or right after 4-5 attempts (It took me 6 attempts). I shall be there for the student throughout the journey but I also recommend the student to practice between the classes.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
My teaching style - I am pretty attentive and my style is more on communicating as properly and effectively with the students so they receive as much information as possible. I am friendly, approachable and I make sure none of my students are left behind. I encourage questions and students can reach out to me through emails for any questions regarding the courses.
So gather all your ingredients... and gather around me to learn one of the unique, but also an easy recipe. A recipe with which you can impress your friends, family and everyone around.
