Class Experience

Have you ever wondered what classes are out there to help you become fluent in Japanese? I know I have. Well, I have designed this five-part beginner class (and more classes to come) to help you on your journey to becoming fluent. This class will not only help you learn grammar and vocabulary efficiently and effectively but will also help you learn about the culture and the people as well.

I will put you in real-life situations where you will be encouraged to use Japanese to successfully communicate with others.

After this lesson, students will be able to

1. Learn how to conjugate negative forms of verbs
2. Learn about particles (what to put at the end for verbs, places and times)
3. Learn how to make polite invitations

You will definitely enjoy this class. We will play games on PowerPoint slides, have group discussions and enact real-life situations to solidify what to say in certain situations. I want you to feel comfortable and engaged while learning.

There are two pre-requisites. You need to take Japanese Road to Fluency Class 1( part 1 through 5) and you will need to know how to read, write and speak Hiragana and Katakana before this class.

Please bring an open mind and be ready to learn.

Learning Goals

After this lesson, students will be able to

1. Learn how to conjugate negative forms of verbs
2. Learn about particles (what to put at the end for verbs, places and times)
3. Learn how to make polite invitations
