Class Experience

Japanese can be a very difficult language to learn, but with this class, it will come naturally and easily. This is the second class in a five-part series (with more to come) to help you on your journey to becoming fluent in Japanese. In this class, I not only teach you about the language, but I teach you about the people and the culture.

Just like in the first lesson, I will put you in real-life situations where you will have to use Japanese to effectively communicate with others.

I am here to help students feel more comfortable speaking the language

After this lesson students will be able to

1. Form simple sentences (ex. I am a student, I am 9 years old etc.)
2. Ask simple questions (What is your name? Where are you from? How old are you? etc.)
4. Count numbers 1-100

You will definitely enjoy this class. We will play games, have PowerPoint slides, group discussions, and real-life situations to solidify what to say in certain situations. I want you to feel comfortable and engaged while learning.

There is a pre-requisite for this class. You will need to have taken part 1 before you take part 2, or know basic greetings and introductions. You will also need to take a Katakana and Hiragana class, which can be simultaneously with this class.

Please bring an open mind and be ready to learn.
