 Week 1
Lesson 1
What color is this?
Let's learn how to say some colors with flashcards and objects/bug names with a felt board activity. We will review with a hide-n-seek game and fun worksheet!
 Week 2
Lesson 2
Kawaii Animals and Counting
In this lesson we will be talking about some kawaii (cute) animals using a felt board activity, counting from 1-10, sharing our favorite stuffed animal in Japanese and reviewing with our worksheet!
 Week 3
Lesson 3
All about Family
We're starting off this lesson with learning how to say "Good morning" with a paper puppet, reviewing animals with puppet cards and learning family member's names with a flip book!
 Week 4
Lesson 4
Favorite Foods and How's the Weather?
Let's learn some more Greetings with flashcards, How's the weather with a flip book, Favorite foods with a felt board game and review with our worksheet!
 Week 5
Lesson 5
Parts of Clothing
Let's review with puppets and props. Then onto our main lesson, learning how to say clothing with a felt board activity followed by a cut-n-paste worksheet for review.
 Week 6
Lesson 6
Vegetable Garden and Review
It's a big day as we review what we've learned followed by our main lesson. We will plant a vegetable garden with our felt board, play a hide-n-seek game and end with a fun worksheet!
This class is taught in English.
Homework Offered
I like to provide a printable coloring sheet or fun worksheet. It's not required but a way for students to review the lesson and share their work with the class and me! :)
0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

Please post your learner's worksheet to share with the class and I would love to send them a comment of their work! :)

 6 files available upon enrollment
You will need a printer to print out the worksheet or sometimes parents will draw their own version of the worksheet for their learner...either works! :). Also, markers, crayons or coloring pencils and sometimes we will use glue, scissors and/or tape.
