Class Experience

In this class, we will make some snow together that we will use to paint a snowman or snow woman. We will begin by talking about what we know and loved about snow and listening to a favorite story of mine about the snow! Then I will help children make the snow and then allow them time to create their own snowman painting! While the children are painting, we will have some time to socialize and learn about snow together! We will talk about some things we see and put on snowmen. Then, with the help of an adult, sibling, or friend, we will learn how to become snow women/snowmen using the supplies listed below. All of our supplies are common household items. I believe in a warm and welcoming environment where all children have time to talk and share their projects in class. I hope you will join me in this class to have some snowy fun!
Learning Goals
Students will make snow, create a snowman painting, and then become a snowman/snow woman themselves!
