The stories are also taken from the show - The Pool, Bingo, Charades, Hammerbarn, Typewriter, Baby Race, and Sleepytime which was named a New York Times Best TV Episode of 2020. The stories are written by Joe Brumm, the creator and writer of the animated International Emmy Award-winning series Bluey. I may not have time to read all the stories that are listed because I interact with the children as I read - answering questions they may have, explaining new vocabulary words, asking them to make predictions about the stories... Although that may cut into the reading time, I feel it is important to interact with the children so they can get the full experience of being read to.
