These lessons are for students whose native language is English, but students who speak other foreign languages can also profit from them. This is why: 1) Glossaries include pictures; if you recognize the object, you can associate the image and word (in general, images are more stimulating for learning). 2)The use of different routines (such as associating words with words - Italian and English- and images with words and sounds with words) helps with different learning styles and avoids...
The learning goals, among others, are: to have the learners speak in full sentences with a wide variety of vocabulary; to develop the learner's reading and writing skills in the Italian language; to speak with the proper intonation.

There is some extra work that can be completed independently outside the classroom.
