Italian for Beginners and Travelers is a course for the beginning Italian language student or future travelers that are wanting to learn and improve their Italian.
Class Experience
Beginner Level
In this class, the students will learn to communicate in the Italian language. This is an introductory course for those with zero to little knowledge of Italian. The topics covered during these lessons are basic vocabulary (e.g. greetings, days and months, everyday objects, talking about family, table talk). Students will be taught conversational Italian, pronunciation, grammar, as well as Italian culture. I will expose the students to the language in each class, encouraging students with...
I don't assign homework, but I encourage doing something throughout the week, such as picking out an everyday object and then learning its name in Italian, or choosing a favorite subject we can translate while practicing vocabulary during the lesson.
