Students are welcome to take these courses consecutively, but it is not required. Please refer to the class syllabus below for a detailed breakdown of each lesson. Learning Goals
The goal of this 5-week Italian course is to inspire learners to fall in love with Italian while boosting their confidence every step of the way.Syllabus
5 Lessons
over 5 WeeksLesson 1:
📅 Lesson 1: Alphabet + Greetings
Students will learn the names and correct pronunciation of every letter in the Italian alphabet. They will also learn greetings and how to introduce themselves. 45 mins online live lesson
Lesson 2:
📅 Lesson 2: Ciao! How Are You?
Students will learn different ways to ask and answer the question, "How are you?," in Italian. They will also learn vocabulary centered around feelings, emotions, and state of being. 45 mins online live lesson
Lesson 3:
📅 Lesson 3: Numbers 1-100
Students will learn the numbers 1-100 and how to say their ages in Italian. They will also learn how to ask and answer questions related to quantity and hold simple conversations. 45 mins online live lesson
Lesson 4:
📅 Lesson 4: Colors
Students will need their paints and paintbrushes for this class! They will learn the names of the primary and secondary colors in Italian while painting a masterpiece alongside their teacher and classmates. 45 mins online live lesson

Supply List
Bring paper and pencils/crayons/markers to each class. The teacher may send handouts to print prior to class. Class #4: - white paper - newspaper (to cover table) - water dish - paintbrushes (any size) - tempera or watercolor paints (red, yellow, blue, orange, green, purple)
