Class Experience

In this ongoing course, students will have the opportunity to speak Italian with other fluent children and with me. This is a class for native speakers, advanced speakers or bilingual speakers! We will socialize using ONLY Italian while playing games, having fun quizzes and discussions. I am a native Italian speaker, and I grew up bilingual! In this class, we will use our Italian skills to have fun together.

The class size is smaller, so everyone will have the chance to interact and speak. Students will be supported through interactive slides and games. We will begin class by introducing ourselves in Italian, then we will start our games and discussions. If more than one learner is enrolled, students will also have the opportunity to talk to each other. If one learner is enrolled, I will be happy to play games with just one student.

The required experience for this class, is to know Italian enough to be able to converse and understand me. I will not be speaking any English in this class. This class is for children who are able to converse freely about their interests, hobbies, and can play games in Italian.

MATERIALS:
There will be worksheets to print before class. Please bring a pen and the worksheet to class.
