READY, SET, LEARN! In this 30 minute class, we are going to be learning all about letters using a fun scavenger hunt game! To get us warmed up, students will be prompted to introduce themselves. The game begins when Ms. Catherine holds up a flashcard with a letter on it. Students will race around to find something starting with that letter and return to the screen to share what they brought! Our learning goal is to learn through play! While this might seem all fun and games, we are working on letter recognition, social & communication skills as well as confidence!
Your learner doesn't need to come with any supplies in particular, just have items somewhere that they can find to show their item! If they can't find something, we will brainstorm something together!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
