Class Experience

Students may obtain new insights, regarding characters that other writers/artists have created, as well as inspiration for characters they may wish to create! Artists and creative writers will particularly enjoy this class. There will also be an emphasis on new vocabulary.
Teacher will not give formal homework. However, parent/guardian may choose to have student write a short essay - following the course - for an English, homeschool course.
Students may wish to bring sketches of fairies or other fantastical creatures they have done! These may be shared following class introductions, during the icebreaker section of the course.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Learner progress may be determined by parent/guardian if they choose to have student write a short essay - following the course - for an English, homeschool course. Teacher will also ask questions that each student may volunteer to answer, as this is an interactive class, with time for discussion and feedback from students.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
