Comfortable clothes and shoes Safe dance space (about 3ft by 3ft) free of tripping hazards Water bottle
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Dancers should wear comfortable clothes and shoes and have a small area free of any tripping hazards to dance in. Water is recommended and dancers may drink whenever they need to.
