Introduction to Weather: Kid Style!
In this one time class, students will explore introductory basics of weather and the simple science behind clouds, cloud names and characteristics. We will create fun, weather themed objects with play dough and have fun learning about weather! Perfect for an after school activity!

☀️ ☔️ In this one-time, beginner's class for young learners, we will learn basic meteorology, cloud names and characteristics, weather facts and more. I will teach foundational elements of weather, kid style. 🌤️☁️⛈️ We will discuss cloud shapes, the colors of the rainbow and more with hands-on learning and creating with playdough. Whether your learner wants to create a rainbow, a cloud, the sun, a snowman or a tornado, there will be no end to the creativity during this fun class! ☀️🌈 There is so much to learn about weather! Students will also discuss their favorite types of weather, why knowing the weather forecast is important, weather elements, weather safety and more. In this introduction to weather class, we will also discuss the basics of weather events like thunderstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, blizzards and more! ☔️No prior knowledge of weather is needed for this class. I am looking forward to seeing your learner in class!
