Class Experience

In this one-time class, learners will meet the instruments of the bowed string family. We will briefly discuss the history and development of modern stringed instruments, and then we will listen to a variety of string music. Violin, viola and cello will be demonstrated live by the teacher as well as by video clips; double bass will be demonstrated by video clips only.
