This one week camp is for learners interested in theatre and improv. We will use games, movement exercises, and storytelling to build self confidence, work on social skills, and practice the art of acting.
Class experience
US Grade 5 - 7
Beginner - Intermediate Level
Acting classes help young learners with public speaking skills, building positive self awareness, gaining body awareness, and storytelling. In this interactive and engaging class learners will participate in games, exercises, and activities to work on these skills in a relaxed, non-intimidating way. I have my B.A. in Drama from UC Irvine. I have been acting most of my life! I currently teach theater and direct plays at an in person school for children K -8th grade.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Please make sure that children have ample space to move around safely during movement exercises. Children should be able to stretch their arms out and jump up and down comfortably and safely.
