This 3 week class is for learners interested in the art of acting. It's great for children who like performing as well as children who may be shy and need a boost in self confidence. This will help your child with their social skills.

The goal is for your child to build self confidence, self awareness, and to stretch their imagination!
I have my B.A. in Drama from UC Irvine. I have been acting most of my life!
Between classes, children will be encouraged to practice the games used in class.
Please have children bring 2 scarves, handkerchiefs, ribbons, or something similar to each class for the movement portion of the class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Please make sure that children have ample space to move around safely during movement exercises. Children should be able to stretch their arms out and jump up and down comfortably.
I'm an experienced teacher who believes that learning happens best through the arts and play. Your child's social/emotional development is the focus of my fun, interactive, and welcoming classes. In addition to teaching in person, I love getting to connect with learners around the world through Outschool. IG @angelabeteaching
