Class Experience

We will meet for thirty minutes a session. The first organ is the liver, all the liver's jobs, the elimination of toxins, elimination of toxins from our blood, bile production, and storage of vitamins. The pancreas is our next focus ...endocrine and exocrine functions. We also learn about diabetes and how the pancreas and liver work together for the right level of glucose in our bloodstream. I like to teach in a relaxed atmosphere.. with lots of time for questions and comments. I offer a short film so that the students can see the intestine and stomach
Learning Goals
The goal of this class is to give students a better understanding of these important organs.
They will locate them, know their functions and how they relate to the digestive system.
