Class Experience
One-Time Class In this class students will get familiar with days of the week in Spanish. I use different methods in different classes, students will be shown pictures, we will practice pronunciation, play some games and a song. Students will be encouraged to practice formulating questions using the days of the week and have conversation with the teacher, a Spanish native speaker. This class is taught in English.
In this class the students will practice the days of the week in Spanish. I will use pictures, song and games to practice the colors learned in this class. Students will be encouraged to practice formulating sentences using the week days in Spanish so that they can grow more confident with the language.
These materials are optional: A pencil and some blank paper. Some kids like to write the information down for better retention.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We´ll be playing a game in Kahoot. Kahoot is a third-party tool approved for use by Outschool. There is no need for the student to create an account. I will send a code for them to join my game.
