Beginner Level
- NO prior coding knowledge required. - This class will be broken down into following sections: . first 5 min of the class will spend on warm up/ entry task . next 15 to 20 min explaining the topic of the day. . next class time will be hands on practice - final 5min will be an exit task (basically revising on what we did during the class) and wind up. - Tools used for this class will be scratch.mit.edu website. - Students will be learning 1. What is scratch and how it works. 2. How to work with sprites and backdrop 3. How to move sprites on the screen 4. Short project on animating a sprite 5. Short project on how to make a sprite talk 6. Short and final project on making a clicker game
Learning Goals
This course will enable the student on how to apply there logical thinking to creating smaller stories/projects/games.
With every class the student will keeping learning the flow of programming.

Parental Guidance
I will be using the website "scratch.mit.edu" which is used in most of the schools. Parents, I will not be using any other website other than the one mentioned above.
