An award-winning designer and multimedia producer, I bring my professional background in multimedia production, broadcast and non-broadcast design and motion graphics to young creatives embarking on their own journeys in the realm of visual storytelling. Some industry recognition I have includes: BDA (Broadcast Designers Association) Gold Award, Graniteers TV Production Award, and was named on the Top 100 list of Multimedia Producers by AV Magazine. I studied animation at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. I was a freelance animator for Macromedia (back when they were called that). I have experience with Macromedia Director, Flash, Adobe After Effects and now, more recently, Procreate. I have been an instructor on Outschool since March of 2020. Before teaching for Outschool, I had hosted local in-person art workshops for children grades 5-8, served as Adjunct Faculty teaching graphic design at the College level, and have taught art to children grades K-8 at a private elementary school.
