Immerse yourself in the world of Pre-Calculus through our engaging 6-week class. Explore fundamental topics, taking thorough notes as we tackle problems together, both as a class and individually. Reinforce your learning with handouts and homework assignments. The final 5 minutes of each session are dedicated to addressing questions and concerns. We'll also review any homework inquiries at the start of each class. Since this class is 2 hours per session, we will take a 10 minute break in between. SCHEDULE: Week 1: Composite and inverse functions Week 2: Trigonometry, including special values, identities, and solving equations Week 3: Complex numbers, covering the complex plane, modulus, and polar form Week 4: Rational functions, studying graphs, modeling, and operations Week 5: Conic sections, exploring ellipses and hyperbolas Week 6: Reserved for extra topics and comprehensive review Please note that the class pace depends on student readiness, as we strive to accommodate everyone. Homework completion is strongly encouraged to reinforce understanding and retention. I'm readily available for messaging, providing additional support, guides, and one-on-one tutoring if needed. This class may also use Google Classroom or YouTube as an additional resource to help with concepts and assignments. No external communication channels are involved in this class.
