Class Experience
Join me for a fun, engaging one-time introduction to the piano! Through the use of songs, rhymes and the help of my puppet, Mr. Fuggles, children will be actively engaged in learning how to play the piano. This is a beginner class so it is geared to students who have never taken piano previously. We will start out exercising our fingers through song, learning about hand position by imagining catching bubbles, looking at the patterns of keys, and then finding our "Jingle Bell"...
3 files available upon enrollment-A printable handout for students will be sent prior to class. -Crayons, markers or colored pencils - Keyboard or Piano
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
