~Give yourself the lifelong gift of music~ This course is flexible and designed to work around your busy schedule - simply follow the numerical order and join times that suit your schedule! In Introduction to Piano: Class 2, we will cover: + Quarter Notes + Half Notes + Bar Lines & Double Bar Lines + Piano letter names + & we will play a popular piece on the piano! We will be using Alfred’s Basic Piano Library, Lesson Book - Level 1A. Please come to class prepared with either a physical or digital copy of the book. Joining My Studio: + Private lessons for beginner and intermediate students* + Spring and Winter Virtual Recitals that give students invaluable experience in public speaking and performance + Optional Music game days where students get together and reinforce their skills through fun games and exercises + Lessons encompass Classical Piano, Music Theory, Music History and Ear Training instruction + Each lesson is customized to the students needs and interests, while still ensuring that they receive a solid foundation in the Fundamentals of Music Students will be taught: + how to read sheet music in bass and treble clefs + how to play scales, chords, and arpeggios + music history: bringing the music to life! + music theory: why we do what we do! + to play their favourite songs! *Students must be at reading level Other lesson times available (1 hour and 45 minutes) please send me a message!
