This is an Introduction to Musical Theatre Technique suitable for both beginners and those with a little experience aged 7 - 10 years. Children should have an interest in Drama, Singing and Dance which are the three elements that make up 'Triple Threat Training' in Musical Theatre. Class Plan:- Introduction Learn how to do your own Introduction for an Audition. Acting Warm Up Game Drama Vocal Exercises - Introductory Level (Breathing, Tongue Exercise, Volume) Singing Exercises - Introductory Level (Vocal Exercise, Tongue Twister) Warm Up for Movement/Dance Learn a short Musical Theatre Routine Acting Game Cool Down/Bows Teaching Style:- I have a positive approach to teaching. I like to praise and encourage. When I'm speaking or have music playing I may keep the students muted so they are able to hear me/the music clearly but I will be interacting and spotlighting the children throughout.
Learning Goals
Students will gain an Introduction to all three elements of Musical Theatre (Drama, Singing and Dance). They will learn how to do their own Introduction for an Audition and learn a short Musical Theatre Routine.

Parental Guidance
Parental Guidance:-
Please ensure children have enough space to move around and remove anything they may bump into or knock down (e.g. your expensive vase!).
Class Attire:- Please wear appropriate free-moving clothes e.g. tee-shirt with leggings, leotard and wear either jazz shoes or bare-feet (not socks) so they do not slip/trip during the class.
Fitness:- Your child should be in a fit and healthy state. Please check with your doctor if you have any concerns.
Technical Requirements:- Please check that your Zoom App is updated as this can cause issues with the sound quality in class. You can find more information here:- https://support.outschool.com/en/articles/579892-technical-requirements-and-browser-support
