In this 8-week series of online, pre-recorded flex classes, students will explore music from the classical period through written and analytic assignments on topics such as Early Classical Vocal Music, Binary and Sonata Form, Early Symphonies and the Classical Concerto, and composers such as Mozart and Haydn, all within an online music class environment from the Music & Language Learning Center by Kristine Dizon.
Class Experience
This course will explore music from the Classical Period. Learners will learn about different musical styles, composers, works, music theory, performance practices, and cultural and intellectual history that was developed and prominent during this period of time.
