Final exam - A comprehensive assessment covering all topics from the course. In this engaging 8-week course, students will develop essential leadership skills through interactive lessons, weekly written assignments, quizzes, and hands-on activities. Each week will focus on a core leadership topic, from effective communication and decision-making to emotional intelligence and time management. Throughout the course, students will: ✅ Explore different leadership styles and discover their strengths ✅ Practice verbal and non-verbal communication for effective leadership ✅ Develop self-confidence and emotional intelligence in leadership roles ✅ Learn to make informed decisions and solve real-world problems ✅ Enhance teamwork and collaboration skills ✅ Master time management and goal-setting techniques Students will demonstrate their learning through weekly assignments and quizzes, culminating in a final exam and a hands-on leadership project in Week 8.
