Class Experience
Students will improve their understanding of the extinction of the ice age giant, the mammoth. Students will be able to judge what theory sounds more credible based on their understanding of the extinction of the mammoth.
Hopefully, students will open their curiosity to learn more about the extinction of other ice age giants contemporaneous to the mammoth.
3 files available upon enrollmentPage hand-outs will be provided.
During the fact/opinion game, students will be informally assessed regarding their understanding of the mammoth.
1 hour 15 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
I will provide the source of the material for the curriculum at the end of the PPP.
