This fun and interactive class introduces students to the basics of health and wellness, covering physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. Through hands-on activities, movement, group discussion, and personal reflection, students will explore what it means to live a healthy lifestyle and set simple wellness goals they can apply to everyday life. Perfect for building lifelong healthy habits in a supportive and age-appropriate environment.

I am an 11th year certified Health educator. I've spent most of my career working with middle school aged children engaging in service learning and focusing on health and wellness, mainly mental health. I have experience with mindfulness and nutrition.
