Description

Class Experience

I have been preparing gluten free dishes for our family of five for over ten years. I am a Certified Natural Nutritionist and due to Celiacs (gluten allergy) had to learn how to educate myself about sources of gluten. I have always loved to bake, so gluten free was a challenge in the beginning, having to learn how to bake all over again should be enjoyable and freeing.
 5 files available upon enrollment
I will provide a recipes for both the all-purpose flour and the bread on the classroom page. Ingredients need to be purchased before the class; a list of ingredients will be provided. You will need mixing bowls, measuring cups, spoons, a bread pan, and cooking utensils.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
