Lab: Homemade Mayonnaise
Research: Find two photos of 50-year-old food system technology.

 Study fats, carbs, proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Analyze a recent meal using food composition tables.

Erin Madden (Founder & CEO) - A nutrition expert with over a decade of experience, Erin’s enthusiasm for food and health is contagious. She believes in making healthy living fun and accessible for everyone.

Christopher Sahota (Sports Coach & Educational Assistant) - Chris is dedicated to helping kids develop not just physical fitness, but also nutritional knowledge. His background in adaptive sports allows him to offer inclusive, personalized learning experiences.

May Green (Nutrition Educator) - Currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Applied Human Nutrition, May is an innovative educator who connects with kids through fun, hands-on learning. She brings practical nutrition knowledge and energy to every class.

Bailey Fitzgerald, R.H.N. (Holistic Nutritionist) - Bailey’s background in child care, special education, and holistic nutrition allows her to provide tailored support to kids with various needs, ensuring everyone has the chance to succeed and thrive.
