US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - Kindergarten
In this ongoing class, we will meet once a week. Each week we will be blending words together to practice reading. This will be done through games, discussions, and PowerPoints. Students will be encouraged to take many turns in order to practice and retain all the information taught. Each class we will be working on a different CVC word, as well as site words. Not only will we be diving into the beginning stages of reading but we will also be making friends and learning conversational skills amongst the class.

Hello everyone! My name is Ashley, I live in the United States, throughout the last 12 years I have been a preschool teacher, after-school program director and a general manager. I built my way up in the same company and have worn many hats. I have in depth experience working with children of all ages. In 2011, I received my bachelors degree in human development and Human Resources with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. More recently, since 2020, I have been teaching on Outschool. This has been my favorite position yet!! What I love about education and teaching children is the connection that I am able to form with them. I want children to feel comfortable and have fun learning. Aside from teaching, I have two children of my very own who I homeschool.
