Basic composition techniques to improve photography

Class Structure:

This class will be interactive and hands-on. Each session will include a combination of short lectures, live demonstrations, and guided practice. Students will be encouraged to experiment with their cameras in real-time, with opportunities to ask questions and receive personalized feedback.

Teaching Style:

I use a clear, approachable, and step-by-step teaching method to ensure students understand the material without feeling overwhelmed. I focus on breaking down technical concepts into easy-to-grasp explanations, with plenty of examples and practical applications.

Interaction:

Students will have the opportunity to engage in discussions, ask questions throughout the lesson, and share their practice shots for constructive feedback. I aim to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring their creativity while developing technical skills.

Learning Goals

By the end of this class, students will:

Understand the key functions of a DSLR camera and how to adjust manual settings.
Confidently use shutter speed, aperture, and ISO to control exposure.
