Description
Class Experience
Students will learn some basic methods of creative writing which may include: formatting a short story, how to effectively follow a prompt and how to use voice and cadence.
Please review the prompts before class and begin to brainstorm ideas for possible topics of interest, using either a simple list or a 'brainstorming web'.
A notebook, pencil and eraser
Feedback is provided in real time during the workshop via Zoom chat (between the individual student and teacher) in the form of question and answer.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
