Class Experience

Learning computers is not as intimidating as you think. Once you learn the terminology and the lingo associated with computers, it will be a lot easier to understand the computer world.

On the first day of class, you will learn the basic concepts of computers and how they work. We will first dive into the terminology and then move on to identifying and defining the key functional components. As the course progresses, you will learn hardware and software components that are so important in computers. On the third day of class, you learn about the Internet and how to protect your computer.

Each class will last 50 minutes. On the second and third day of class, there will be a short quiz and a brief review of the previous class materials. So students need to review what was taught and come prepared the next day.
