Arts: Papercutting, Calligraphy, Ink Painting, Classic Instruments 6. Chinese cuisines + Lucky foods 7. Kahoot! Game Description: In the first part of the lesson, I will go through a brief history of China to let the students know about some significant dynasties in China. Then I will teach them how to recognize Chinese characters. Of course, they will also be taught the "four tones"! Then I will introduce Chinese paper-cut art, calligraphy, and ink painting. I will also play a piece of Chinese-style music with four classic Chinese instruments. Finally, I will introduce Chinese cuisine. There are many delicious foods in China. Chinese people also eat traditional food such as fish, dumplings, and so on during the Spring Festival. At the end of the class, there will be a 15-minute Kahoot game. This game will give students a deeper impression of what they have learned in class. 🔔Notice: This is not a language course, it is just a cultural course for students to learn more about Chinese culture :)
