Students will improve their understanding of how to use the medium charcoal, and how to use that medium to create the illusion of form on a 2 dimensional surface using two flat shapes.

They have the Amazon's Choice for "Charcoal for drawing" at $7.13 for the 1 pack and Amazon Choice for Faber-Castell kneaded Eraser with case for $3.28 * Michaels craft store also has a charcoal set for $5.99 (it does not come with vine charcoal). Michaels also has the kneaded eraser for $1.99 to $2.49. Vine charcoal sticks for $4.99.
