In this 9-week course, students will learn the basics of Calculus. This course is intended to be a preview of college-level Calculus 1.
We will study limits, derivatives, and integrals.

Advanced Level
This class will be taught in a straight-forward manner. The instructor will first show several examples of the topic; then students will try with instructor guidance before doing problems on their own. Each class will last 80 minutes (with a short break in the middle) and the class sessions will proceed in an organized manner: warm-up (review) problem, introduction of new topics, and the practicing of the new topics. Students should have completely finished all high school level mathematics before taking this course.
All material will be provided by the instructor. A printer will be needed. Students should also have a basic calculator.
