This course will teach introductory beginning Italian conversation basics including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and oral dialogue. I will cover topics of greetings and introductions such as how are you, what is your name, where are you from, what do you like, what is this/that, counting, colors, and other general phrases. My class is taught with a recording using colorful illustrated slides showing Italian vocabulary with translations, oral conversation, repetition and alternating...
This class is taught in Italian.
uStudents will learn basic beginner level Italian conversation skills. Topics include introductions and greetings such as saying hello, asking how are you, what is your name, where are you from, what do you like, what is this, what is that, counting 1-20, basic colors, age, nationalities, travel, and tourist vocabulary.
Oral practice of the weekly Italian conversations is recommended, but not required. Also, not required, students may also write vocabulary in a notebook if they wish.
No live meetings, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
